  • Анализ запросов по доработке/модернизации программного обеспечения Genesys для Call-Centre
  • Разработка вариантов решения по доработке/модернизации программного обеспечения
  • Разрабатывать техническое задание в терминах и на языке, понятным разработчику
  • Взаимодействие с разработчиком для выработки эффективных решений
We are looking for you if you have
  • Высшее техническое образование, опыт работы в сфере IT аналитики, разработке
  • Понимание принципов работы телефонии / знание VoIP-шлюзы, IP-АТС Asterisk, IP-телефоны, Знание Linux, MySQL, Pl/SQL, БД
  • Знание Java springboot, xml и понимание ИТ архитектуры
  • Английский язык – средний
