  • Проводить телефонные опросы клиентов
  • Консультировать и оказывать поддержку клиентам по их обращениям
  • Работать с базой данных
  • Составлять отчеты по результатам опроса/обзвона


We are looking for you if you have
  • Высшее образование
  • Опыт работы не менее 1-го года на должности оператора колл-центра
  • Навыки проведения опросов по телефону
  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь, четкая дикция
  • Клиентоориентированность и стрессоустойчивость
  • Навыки работы в программах Microsoft Office
  • Свободное владение русского и казахский языками
