Tasks that you will perform
  • Распределять между специалистами отдела объем работ по мониторингу и
    оценке звонков
  • Проводить обучение специалистов по вопросам, связанным с работой
    отдела
  • Подготавливать ежедневные/еженедельные отчёты о проделанной работе
  • Создавать калибровочные сессии и давать обратную связь руководителям дистанционных каналов
We are looking for you if you have
  • Высшее профессиональное образование
  • Опыт работы в сфере клиентского сервиса или продаж не менее 2 (двух) лет
  • Навыки работы в сфере мониторинга или контроле качества сервиса – не менее 1 (одного) года
  • Свободное владение русским и казахским языками
  • Опытный пользователь Microsoft Office
