Tasks that you will perform
  • Проводить переговоры и вести деловую переписку арендодателями, с поставщиками товаров и услуг
  • Контролировать перезаключение действующих договоров аренды
  • Вести документооборот, относящийся к подписанию договоров аренды
  • Участвовать в формировании бюджета по административной деятельности
  • Контролировать и проверять счета на оплату
  • Вести процесс реализации ОС и ТМЗ
We are looking for you if you have
  • Высшее образование и опыт работы в административной сфере не менее 3 (трех) лет
  • Знание основ делопроизводства и документооборота
  • Опытный пользователь MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь, навыки делового общения
  • Умение работать как в команде, так и самостоятельно
