I came here in 2009 after university. Since then, I work here.
When I first started to work at Home Credit, I perceived it as temporary job. Considering that after university, you does not know the market and what kind of banks operate in Kazakhstan. As you still vealy.
However, I have never regret that I came here, since I started to work as loan risk analyst and develop my skills. I have opened new programs for myself and worked on different proposals and projects. What I really like in Home Credit is that you can suggest your ideas and management kindly accepts them. You can easily talk to Director of department and CEO and tell about your suggestions. You can develop yourself.

Home Credit is the international company represented in 10 countries. It really helps to get experience of other countries. I have attended different conferences, in particular in Risk department. You can meet your colleagues from other countries who holds the same position and does the same activity as you. I have learnt something new and they have adopted our experiences. Home Credit is the great place to get international experience. It is possible to go and work in another country.

I work at Bank almost 9 years and it was hard for me to take such decision, to step out my comfort zone. I understand that my habitual life is going to change, because I am going to leave my work where I have spent a long period. I am changing country as well. India is specific and very interesting country (she laughs – author’s note). It is one of the key countries not only in the Group, but also in the world. It has about one milliard population and I’d like to see how business grows in this country. It has different IT and other know-hows, which still have not developed in Kazakhstan, as well as different functions used in scoring and approval process. It has fast-moving market. So, I think it is very interesting place for my development. This is another step and I am thankful to Home Credit for opportunity to grow.
